Abstract
The use of e-commerce in business is considered important, with more entrepreneurs using e-commerce in their companies. The advantages include that consumers can shop without having to come directly to the store, and the company can carry out transactions at any time. In economic terms, e-commerce helps save costs for consumers and companies in terms of advertising. Apart from that, e-commerce also allows consumers to save on travel costs and provides entrepreneurs with the opportunity to market their products to a wider area. In this context, this research will use the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group customers with efficiency based on certain factors such as Recency, Frequency, and Monetary.
